How to Book
Booking the Swing Singer & Rat Pack Tribute to Entertain at your Event is Safe and Simple:
INITIAL ENQUIRY

Send your Enquiry with your Name, Email Address, Date you require Entertainment and the Name & Postcode of your Care Home. You can begin the process HERE

Accepting the Booking
After reading through the ‘Booking Enquiry’ and confirming that all the required information is present, correct and to your satisfaction, you will need to Accept/Agree to the Booking. This can be done by either:
1. Submitting a Deposit or Full Payment via the included PayPal links (in your ‘Client Area’ of the Website), or by BACS (if not already supplied, these can be given on request). This is the simplest and most popular method

2. Returning a Signed Copy of your ‘Booking Enquiry’ (usually page 11). You can find help on how to do this HERE
3. Checking and completing the ‘Agree’ box in your ‘Client Area’ of the website
4. Clicking the ‘Authorise Ernie to Sign This on Your Behalf’ link in the email sent to you containing your ‘Booking Enquiry’.

The majority of Bookings and Enquiries will be confirmed and completed via Paypal. However, if you have an additional page (Usually Page 11) that requires a signature, you will need to complete the steps mentioned below under the heading 'Cash At The Event'. For all other bookings, please take a look at the options below under the heading 'Paypal'. If you need any help at any time, please do not hesitate to Contact Ernie.
PayPal
The quickest (and simplest) way to do this is via the included 'PayPal' buttons.
These buttons can be found in the PDF version of your 'Booking Enquiry' (sent to you via email), or in your 'Client Area' on the website.

Decide which of the two 'Payment Options' you prefer

You should receive either a 'Booking Confirmed (Option 1) or a 'Deposit Received' (Option 2) notification within 48 hours.
This is a simple, one-off payment that immediately confirms your booking. It includes your deposit and remaining balance in one convenient payment. It is fully refundable for cancellations completed no less than 60 days before your event and a partial refund (minus the £49 deposit) up to 30 days before your event. This is the simplest option and is ideal for well planned events that do not require any changes and have little chance of cancellation.
This option requires just a £49 deposit (deducted from your total Package Price). This option preliminarily reserves your booking for up to 90 days before you event. Full refunds are available for cancellations completed no less than 90 days before your event and a full refund of any ‘Remaining Balance’ (minus the £49 deposit) up to 60 days before your event.
Cash or Cheque
For INVOICED events or events where 'CASH / CHEQUE' is offered:
If you wish to pay by cheque, please refer to the information contained in the 'Invoice' section (usually page 12) of your 'Booking Enquiry'. If you do not have an 'Invoice', please Contact Ernie and request one.
***IMPORTANT***
If you have an additional page (Page 11) which looks like this and requires a signature, please follow the instructions below under the heading 'At The Event'.
You can still opt to pay via PayPal if you wish as the payment buttons will still be included in your 'Client Area' on the website |
At The Event
There are a few Clients, Venues and Events where Cash / Cheque Payments are accepted at the event. You will know if you have this option as there will be a signature required on page 11 of your 'Booking Enquiry', where it states:
"***FOR CHEQUE/CASH AT EVENT OR ‘POST PERFORMANCE’ PAYMENTS ONLY***".
If you ARE paying by Cash or Cheque at or after the event, you MUST sign and return this form.

You can do this either by:
1. Printing out the page, signing and dating it accordingly and then scanning it and attaching it to an email (simply reply to the email containing your 'Booking Enquiry' and 'attach' then 'send' the scanned document).
2. Digitally signing the document. Please refer to THIS PAGE for help in doing so. |
A Booking is not confirmed until a ‘Booking Confirmation’ email has been sent
A ‘Booking Confirmation’ will be actioned after you confirm your acceptance and agreement to (and of) the information contained within the ‘Booking Enquiry’ and the Booking Terms & Conditions
Confirmation and Acceptance of the agreement can be shown by:
- Submitting a DEPOSIT or FULL PAYMENT by the date specified (Valid Until/Due Before) in your ‘Booking Enquiry’
- Returning a Signed Copy of your ‘Booking Enquiry’ (usually page 11). You can find help on how to do this HERE:
- Checking and completing the ‘Agree’ section in your ‘Client Area’ of the website
- Clicking the ‘Authorise Ernie to Sign This on Your Behalf’ link in the email sent to you containing your ‘Booking Enquiry’.
You will then receive an email confirming your booking.
